If the editor is not loading, but you can see the published version of your tours/hints, the issue can be that your application is changing the name of the window (via window.name). In that case, we are not able to detect you want to open the editor.
There is a workaround. You can use the following bookmarklet to open the editor in a window with your application.
Drag & drop this to your bookmarks: Open Product Fruits editor
Then navigate to your application, wait until PF is loaded and launch the bookmarklet.
