Copilot Pricing

As Product Fruits introduces its new pricing structure, access to the Copilot feature is also being updated. While you are not required to switch plans if you're on a legacy plan, there are important changes to how Copilot can be used depending on your plan type.

If you're currently on a legacy Core or Boost plan, you may remain on that plan for as long as you wish. However, Copilot will now only be available if you're on the legacy Enterprise plan. This means that if you're using the Core or Boost plan and want to continue or begin using Copilot, you'll need to upgrade to one of the new pricing tiers.

The new plans are called Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. All three give you access to Copilot, but the level of included usage depends on the specific plan:

  • The Starter plan includes 20 free Resolutions per month. Any usage beyond that is billed at $0.69 per additional Resolution.
  • The Pro plan includes 40 free Resolutions per month, with the same $0.69 per extra Resolution for overages.
  • The Enterprise plan offers full Copilot access with flexible limits and custom pricing negotiated directly with you.

What is a Resolution?

A Resolution is the billing unit used for Copilot. It refers to a completed support conversation where the system determines that the issue was resolved. Automated conversations handled by Copilot count, as long as they meet the resolution criteria.

A conversation is considered resolved when it meets one of the following conditions:

  • For multi-message conversations: the last few messages show a positive sentiment, or your user does not provide thumbs-down feedback, does not request a human agent, and exits the conversation without further activity for 24 hours.
  • For single-message conversations: it is resolved as long as there is no negative feedback and no human support request within 24 hours of the agent's response.

Every Resolution counts as one billing unit. These are first applied to your monthly quota and then billed at the overage rate if you exceed your plan’s included amount. Once a conversation is resolved, it becomes read-only. For accountability and transparency, Product Fruits stores the Resolution timestamp and maintains a seven-day audit trail for all resolved chats.

Please note that the number of resolutions and billing is per company, regardless of how many workspaces you have. You can have multiple workspaces for different applications, but resolutions are not counted per workspace.

Billing Behavior and Controls

To give you more flexibility and predictability, the system offers several controls around billing:

  • Overages are always billed on the following month’s invoice, even if you're an annual subscriber.
  • You can set a custom monthly cap on Resolutions. If your usage exceeds the cap, Copilot is paused immediately and remains hidden until the next billing cycle begins or the cap is increased.
  • When usage reaches 80 percent of your cap, you’ll receive an in-app warning. If you exceed the cap, Copilot will automatically disable itself until the limit resets or is raised.
  • If a payment remains unpaid for 14 days, Stripe will close the invoice, and a system administrator flag will disable Copilot access across your account.

Trial Accounts

Trial accounts also include Copilot access, but with fixed usage limits that cannot be changed. During the trial, you are allowed up to two sources, with a maximum of 1000 pages per source, and 3000 Resolutions in total.

At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan that accommodates your actual usage. If you prefer not to upgrade, you'll need to reduce your usage (e.g., fewer sources, pages, or Resolutions) to fit within the constraints of the Starter plan.

Please note: If you extend your trial, your Copilot usage will not reset. Any Resolutions already used during the initial trial period will count toward your total 3000 Resolution limit.
