Elvin Overview
Elvin is Product Fruits’ newest AI product, designed to provide intelligent support both for your clients and for your internal teams. It consists of two main components:
- Elvin Copilot: interacts directly with end-users
- Elvin Admin Support: assists administrators in managing content and workflows efficiently
Elvin Copilot
Elvin Copilot is the client-facing AI assistant. End-users can interact with it in a chat-like interface, asking questions that are answered using only the content sources added and maintained by admins. Admins can also configure Elvin’s tone, avatar, and whether it should generate dynamic tours. Dynamic tours require annotating the application or its components and can be segmented so only specific users see them.
Key Features
Newsfeed
Elvin Copilot includes a Newsfeed section that displays all published posts from the admin-managed “Newsfeed” in the Announce section. Admins can reorder, display, hide, or segment the Newsfeed so only certain users see it. When a post is published, end-users receive a notification within the Copilot interface, including the post title, cover image if provided, and an AI-generated summary if enabled.
Feedback
If enabled, a Feedback section appears in the Copilot widget. Clicking it opens the standalone Feedback widget, allowing end-users to provide feedback on your application. This feature can also be segmented for specific users or user groups.
Human Handover
Admins can configure Elvin Copilot to detect when an end-user wants human support. The Copilot can either:
- Offer a button that opens a connected third-party support app (configured by the client).
- Display an in-chat form allowing the user to send an email directly to the client’s tech or human support team. Admins must pre-fill the support email in edit mode or connect a third-party chat app to enable this.
Elvin Admin Support
Elvin Admin Support encompasses all AI-powered tools in the Product Fruits Admin portal designed to help client administrators. These features do not interact with end-users but assist admins in content creation and product configuration.
Capabilities
Text Generation
Admins can use Elvin as an AI writer across most text editing fields. It can improve tone, grammar, and style, and provide ideas or suggestions for content.
Generating Other Products
Elvin can help generate content for other tools such as pop-ups, tours, banners, and Newsfeed posts. Admins provide expectations or requirements, and Elvin generates content such as text, titles, images (for pop-ups), or step-by-step tour instructions. Manual adjustments are still required for full product settings.
Elvin for Surveys
Admins can use Elvin to create and modify surveys. It can:
- Edit survey steps, background and text colors, or question types.
- Reshuffle steps or change the copy for individual or multiple questions.
- Provide best-practice recommendations for survey design.
Pricing
Elvin is included in the newest Product Fruits plans: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Clients on these plans do not need to upgrade to access Elvin. There is no additional cost for clients already using Copilot. Usage and resolutions are counted and priced the same way as with the Legacy Copilot.

Your privacy and control are fundamental: we never use your data to train AI models, and you decide exactly what information is indexed. All data is processed in compliance with strict security standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
